Consultation and Quote: After a complimentary consultation—where I learn about your vacation style, budget, and must-haves—I’ll recommend a few cruise lines and itineraries that best match your ideas. Once you choose your preferred option, I’ll provide one complimentary quote. Additional quotes for the same cruise vacation (for example, a different stateroom category or package type) are included.
Booking Management: Based on your selections, I'll book your cruise, hotel for the night before, and the following transportation: airport to your hotel, your hotel to the cruise port, and the cruise port to the airport. Flight booking is not included in Signature service. For information regarding flight research and management, please see the A La Carte Menu below.
Promos, Perks & Amenities: I'll ensure you get all eligible discounts, onboard credits and upgrades available. Included with my Signature service is a minimum OBC of $25 per cabin/stateroom and $50 per suite.
Single Point of Contact: No more waiting on hold with the cruise line; I'll be your direct line for communication.
Travel Insurance: I will provide two quotes to consider for protecting your investment. After selection (not required but highly recommended) I'll help you get set up.
Support via Phone, Email & Text: Before your vacation I'll be available weekdays during the day into the early evening. During your vacation I'll have the same availability plus you'll be able to reach me outside of those hours for urgent situations. After you return home I'll be available for questions and of course to book your next cruise vacay. I love seeing photos and hearing about my clients' adventures!
In-Person Meetings: I work with people all over the country, but if you live in the Mystic, CT area, we can meet up to two times. Meetings usually last between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours. If you prefer to meet in person more than two times, please see the A La Carte Menu below.
Stateroom Selection: You can save money by letting the cruise line choose your stateroom or you can choose it yourself. You will look at deck plans and decide what you would like to be near (or not near), decide which deck, and which part of the ship (front/forward, middle/mid-ship, back/aft).

Comprehensive Consultation & Three Quotes For Different Cruises: If you'd like to compare pricing for different cruise lines, itineraries, or dates, choose up to three. If you would like more than three quotes, please see the A La Carte Menu below.
Booking Management: I will book your cruise, hotel for the night before, and the following transportation: airport to your hotel, your hotel to the cruise port, and the cruise port to the airport. If you'd like to explore your port city pre or post cruise, I will take care of that. I have many fantastic options for tours and excursions. If you will be staying in your port city pre or post cruise, I'll take care of arrangements such as lodging and auto rental.
Flights: If you choose flights via a cruise line air program, I'll book your flights. If you prefer to book directly through an airline, I will assist, but you will need to make the actual reservation (I will explain this in detail during consultation). I'll do the research, provide options, and you'll choose your flights. I will be available to lead you through the process via phone call or text (if you like) while you make your reservation via phone call, website or app. Questions about policies, luggage, etc.? I'll make sure you get all of your questions answered. If you'd like assistance setting up the airline's app on your phone, I'm available to help. I'll also make sure you're set up to receive any rewards through the airline's loyalty program and notifications if the airline makes any changes to your flights.

If you need a phone number, confirmation number, address, all the information you will need, it will all be available offline in one place in my app on your phone. No need to go digging through paperwork and searching through emails. My clients love this convenience!
